Fees will apply to card on file for cancellations, or rescheduling done less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We don't offer dog sitting: Late pick up fees will apply 20 minutes after given time:

$5 per every 10 minutes. Dogs can only stay during their grooming period.

There will be an extra $45 de-matting fee if excessive knots delay the usual grooming time

We do NOT perform internal anal glands expression.

We do offer blueberry butt sugar scrub upon request
